Missing an activation code?

Hello!

I'm probably starting a thread here in the wrong way, but I bought a Kaspersky subscription in my hometown today and after logging in with the mail sent to me by Kaspersky, when I wanted to install the application I downloaded from there, it told me to enter a 20-character activation code, but when I went to my subscription page on Kaspersky's site, I couldn't find the 20-character code even though I had paid for my subscription.

Hello @cagrierdemir,

Welcome to the Kaspersky community.

There are two ways to find your Kaspersky license: through the Kaspersky application itself and through your My Kaspersky account.

VIA THE KASPERSKY APPLICATION
  1. Open the Kaspersky graphical interface
  2. In the bottom left-hand corner, click on your e-mail address and the "Subscription is active" message
  3. In the second box where the name of your product is written, click → Details
  4. Locate your license key where it says → License key
FROM YOUR MY KASPERSKY ACCOUNT
  1. log in to → My Kaspersky
  2. Click on → Subscriptions
  3. Scroll down and click on the section → Additional information
  4. Your license key will be written in the → Activation key field.
If you would like to know more about this, please see this page → Where can I find the activation code for Kaspersky Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium?

If possible, give us feedback ?

Sincerely,

Guilherme
