Microphone is not recognized when using Kapersky antivirus

The microphone on my HP-OMEN-16 laptop is not recognized by applications or the system when using Kapersky antivirus... My laptop is a new computer and I'm running the Windows 11 that came with it. I updated all drivers and revised all settings, including Kaspersky's privacy settings, but nothing made the microphone work. Can someone help me?

Open Kaspersky Internet Security 2015.
Click Settings.
Click on Protection or Protection Center.
Click Application Control.
Click on Manage Applications.
In the Application management window, drag and drop Zoom Video Communications to the Trusted group, or right-click, choose Restrictions and Select Trusted.
