Malicious object detected - but no action taken & keeps being detected again!

For a few days, notification in Windows are showing that Kaspersky has detected & denied download of a malicious object.

It is not prompting me to take any further action, so I didn’t think anything of it.

However, these notifications are coming up constantly now.

Looking in more detail:

 

There’s nothing suspicious in my firefox data.

I’m currently running a full scan with Kaspersky.
