Can you provide version of K. product installed, operating system, and what types of devices?

On Workstations : 

• Database Update task 
• Malware Scan Task , most important 

On KSC :

• Admin Server Backup Task 
• Download Updates to Admin Server Repository 
• Admin server Maintenance Task
