The application can be started, but when an image is opened Kaspersky shuts the app down. Any ideas? Check in (your) MyKaspersky Notifications, does it show an entry for New application Lightroom from a specific Category & Age restriction? Log a case with Kaspersky Support; select either Chat or Email & fill in the Application malfunction, Other template; Support may require Traces, Logs & other data, they will guide you. ?Note: use an onscreen video recorder to video the issue & submit it with the request, it will help support understand.
