KTS blocking some applications to access internet, Opera, Chrome, Whatsapp desktop, OBS

I´ve been using KTS for years, but 10 days ago, DURING the time I was using the pc, the browser stop access sites, then I notice that other programs also can´t connect. But some programs works fine, like Steam, Firefox, discord. Others don´t, like Opera, Chrome, Whatsapp desktop, OBS…
Then after a lot of trying, stoping KTS allows everything to work properly.

Are you running another antivirus alongside Kaspersky ?
Also, please check your Kaspersky reports ?

Also, check system time/date...

i´m not running other antivirus. System time/date is set to auto, and its fine.

On reports i could only identify that it set my Warhammer Totawar launcher to “restrict group” on Applications controls, but there are no ways to set it to unrestrict.

 

my Opera browser is set to unrestricted but cant connect to any site

In Application Control → Manage Application, click right mouse over Warhammer Totawa → Restrictions -> Trusted

 

That way You can move to Trusted group any app in restricted groups…

 

If still not go, in Settings -> Manage Settings → Restore

even moving things to trusted don´t solve the issue. Nor the restore option did.
Also, for clarification, all the software that are blocked from internet, were already installed and worked properly before, it was litarally during my time using the pc that things sundelly stop worlking. Windows is updated, KTS is updated, didn´t installed anything new that day

Try uninstalling and reinstalling KTS, if still issues then contact to K. support in https://center.kaspersky.com/

ok, after complete reinstall its seens to work fine again. So far.
