KSN servers unavailable

So the versions are as follow:

 

  • KSC 11
  • workstation agents: some are 11.1.1.126 and some have updated to 11.4.0.233
  • server agents: are all 10.1.2.996 and all of them are green and healthy
  • KSN set to be active on all hosts
  • Policies all in order

 

I have a feeling that this is a problem with versions - could KSC 11 be ‘too old’ for the hosts which turned to 11.4.0.233? but i cant understand why some of the red ones are on 11.1.1.126...

The agent is comming with the KSC - the versions you mentioned are protection products.

KES11.3 and KES11.4 are supported with KSC/agent 12 only

Do you have KSN-Proxy configured in the KSC and/or KES Policy? Then you need TCP 13.111 open from agent to KSC
