Dear all. although I have added USB device ID to trusted, when user install usb derive into computer the blocking message appears.But there is now any reading and writing issue. I want to understand that why the message being appeared even it has been added to trusted device list.

Hi @Bob ,

I think you can upload the file to a filehost (example: http://uploaded.net/ or https://disk.yandex.com/ , etc..) and send private message to @Nikolay arinchev or open a support ticket in the Kaspersky Company Account and attach it.
