Hello.

I'm sorry for bothering you.

I have some problems with the latest version of KIS 21.3.10.391(j) in Windows 10.

The following programs/app doesn't work: Microsoft Store App, Xbox App and the launchers of Epic Store, GOG Galaxy and Genshin Impact.

They don't the login or connect with the server.
The images or banners inside the app/launchers doesn't work.

They go back to work if I disable KIS.

Can you help me?

Just ran into a similar issue myself. I believe there is an error in the port monitoring component.

 

Check under network settings > Monitored ports > Monitor selected network ports only > disable 443 and 80.

Does that work for you?

Since that worked, follow these instructions and your problem should be resolved.

Make sure to turn the port monitoring back on after.

Glad I could help you, it took me some time to find a solution since I had this same problem.

Glad I could help you, it took me some time to find a solution since I had this same problem.

 

You saved me, i was with the same problem with alot of softwares.

It worked for me version 21.3
