Welcome to the new Kaspersky Community! Settings -> General -> Interactive protection -> untick -> Perform recommended actions automatically. Also You may change Trusted Applications group rules (by default are allowed to connect), and set them to Prompt for action: Settings -> Protection -> Application Control -> Manage Applications -> here You may set individually Prompt for action in column NetWork, or for for the whole Trusted group -> mouse right click over main row Trusted and set Prompt for action.

Сначала включить интерактивный режим - снять галочку. https://support.kaspersky.ru/14871#block3 потом настроить запросы https://support.kaspersky.ru/14314#block2 для групп программ. Не рекомендую ставить запрос на группу майрософт.
