KIS 2020 detected Telegram.exe as Trojan.Bazon.a and closed it. [Closed]

Hi. I am on Patch C for KIS 2020. Kaspersky Internet Security 20 release notes https://support.kaspersky.com/14378 Today updated Telegram Messenger to its latest version. https://desktop.telegram.org/ which is version v 1.8 09.08.19 After using it for sometime, and also opening and closing it for few times, suddenly KIS detected malware and closed it and put it on low restricted group. I now can not run Telegram. What should I do now? Thanks.

Thanks for reply. I no longer have the file. Deleted it. Maybe it was false positive? I did a FULL SCAN of my PC and nothing detected. Please delete/close this topic. Thank you.
