Kids safe windows 7 pro : the internet and applications controls unlock themselves

Hi!

Using kidssafe to control a PC on windows7 pro.

The internet and applications controls unlock themselves, so I have to activate them several times daily. How to prevent this ?. (and yes, I’ve changed my password to make sure my kids don’t have it).

Anybody had the same problem ?

1. Which Kaspersky Safe Kids (KSK) version, on the Windows taskbar, rightclick the KSK icon, select About? 
2. Which application controls are being unlocked? May we have images please? 
3. Which internet controls are being unlocked? May we have images please? 
4. Is this a new problem or has always existed?

Hi!,

• It is not a specific application, nor a specific website : it is the entire

function that goes from activated to non activated (example with the internet control, that goes from activated to non activated, but the same happens with the applications control).

• This has been happening for a few months. I have completely desinstalled Kids safe from my son’s computer (PC windows7pro) and reinstalled it about 2 weeks ago, with no effect : current version is 1.0.5.6123e

• Two others questions if we may:

1. On the parents device, has KSK been uninstalled & reinstalled?
2. Is there any AV software installed on the Win7 PC?
