KES Cloud Plus - Android Sync KO from Server

Hello, 

 

 I am testing KES Cloud Plus and I have issue with Android Synchronisation. 

Kaspersky Endpoint security & Device Management has been installed through the invitation email. 

From android devis everything is fine, i can run a synchronisation command with success. 
I try to run a synchronisation  from server and got an error without details. 

I wanted to check Alarm ang Geolocalisation features and, as nothing happened, i try to force synch and got an error, see in attached. 

 

From smartphone side, if I launch a synch, i immediatly receive the Alarm and Geolocalisation request. 

How can i check what is wrong from server ? I didn’t find any log related to thois error.
