KES Cloud - Bogus/Phantom Files Quarantined

Login to cloud web portal

 

Go to “Quarantine”

 

File Category → Quarantine

 

21 files are deleted and keep returning

 

Every single file has the same attributes as below

 

File name:  
Device name: *********
Placed on: 04/22/2009 10:24 pm
File size (bytes): 0
File status: Must be sent to Kaspersky

 

Why is this occurring,

 

Have to say I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience with this product.

 

The “restore” feature is pathetic when running from within the cloud.

 

Hardly ever restores false positives, I have to run locally command via cmd prompt to restore files.

 

Tooooo many bugs, its as if I am testing a beta product ……….
