I bought a license for Kaspersky today and went ahead and downloaded the application "Kaspersky Internet Security".
I also want to clarify I am running it on Windows 10.
When running the installer, Kaspersky wants to connect to a Kaspersky server, however, the problem is it never connects and when 5-10 min has passed it throws an error. Please open the two attached images, it is in Danish since I bought Kaspersky in Denmark. I unfortunately can not see the version number since I can not go past the installation phase. I do suspect it is the most current one/ stable build.
It gives me the error "Control the internet settings". I even clicked on "show more" and followed the tutorial/ solutions with flushing the DNS and restarting the internet and the computer but in vain. Does anyone have any solutions? It will be very much appreciated.
