November 8, 20214 yr Author This “refund” section you linked is also garbage, it doesn’t even tell you where to go to get started on the refund process. I will be dumping ALL Kaspersky products ASAP.

In the details, provide: The date of the purchase Your full name The email address you used for the purchase Order number from the confirmation emailOne tip: We suggest you support your request with some facts, saying something is “garbage” without explaining why is not helpful. Second tip: Community members (including Moderators), who assist in the Kaspersky Community, are volunteers and not on Kaspersky’s payroll. Thank you🙏Flood🐳+🐋
