Kaspersky VPN is garbage on Windows 11.

Why wouldn’t you send out a message to costumers telling them not to update, your VPN that I pay for is now useless, I want a refund.

This “refund” section you linked is also garbage, it doesn’t even tell you where to go to get started on the refund process. I will be dumping ALL Kaspersky products ASAP.

Go to the support page, select either Email or Chat, fill in Order & payment issues, How to request a refund. 

In the details, provide: 

• The date of the purchase
• Your full name
• The email address you used for the purchase
• Order number from the confirmation email

One tip: We suggest you support your request with some facts, saying something is “garbage” without explaining why is not helpful. 

Second tip: Community members (including Moderators), who assist in the Kaspersky Community, are volunteers and not on Kaspersky’s payroll.
