Kaspersky VPN Failed to open

Windows Version : 11 22H2 Build 22621.1265

Kaspersky VPN Version : Unknow (Premium)

Kaspersky Antivirus : 21.3.10.391

 

The problem occurred today. When i turn on computer and i tried to open VPN to use the program didn't start i've tried to open multiple time but still didn't success. when i tried to uninstall/change the program in control panel the Uninstaller said "Application upgrade is in progress . Removing the application is not allowed now..."

And so i wait about an hour but still the app didn't open and also i still can't uninstall  

I also notice that in control panel there have no internet activity and no disk activity at all 

What could be the problem?

Maybe you could try to proceed with the Removal tool for Kaspersky applications (kavremover).
Before proceeding please take care to have an up-to-date backup from your system !
