Hello @Igor Kurzin & @Anton Mefodys,

Additional:

Web Anti-Virus settings, Website categories

If the Show information on the categories of website content check box is selected, Kaspersky adds to the link comments to indicate whether the website belongs to one of the indicated categories (for example, Violence or Adult content).

does not work.

Issue has been replicated  by Kaspersky level one Support.

Thank you🙏

Hi Flood, if you hover the mouse over the URL Advisor icon, there is no pop up like on the screen below?

Hello @Igor Kurzin,

Does your popup (which we can’t read), show Category information?

It may have escaped you, for the record, we don’t read or speak Russian😂

Irrespective of whether the switch is ON or OFF,  we see the URL, no Comments:

I get the same on merriam-webster, no categories.

You do not have to speak Russian to see that there is no category, as oppposed to this:  :)

Can you search for www.123.ru - will it show you any category?

Our comment @Igor Kurzin, was to convey, we had no clue what was shown in the popup🙄

Moving right along…

we had no clue what was shown in the popup🙄

Its okay. We all live and learn. Now you know that the popups have the same structure and elements in any language:

Hi @Igor Kurzin you probably already have my incident ID INC000012348705.

I have emailed a GetSystemInfo report and uploaded a KLTraces.zip file as requested by Hakim.

Hi @conduffled ,

Thanks for the incident and the data you have already provided. Much appreciated.

The developers have been working on a fix, approximate ETA for the solution - by the end of this week.

  • 1 month later...

I'm pleased that this problem has been fixed in KIS 21.3.10.391.

Thank you! ☺
