Kaspersky Update 21.25.7.504 verursacht Greenscreen

Ich habe mit der kaspersky4win202121.25.7.504de_46457.exe versucht mein Kaspersky zu aktualisieren. Nach Aufforderung zum Neustart erhalte ich einen greenscreen. Ich konnte Windows nur noch über ein Backup wieder herstellen.

Würde Dir Vorschlagen den Support einzusetzen. Die können logs usw auswerten.

logs existieren nach Backup nicht 😉

Der Support hat noch andere Möglichkeiten um Dir zu helfen bei Bedarf.

Ich habe Kaspersky gelöscht. Es gibt auch andere gute Antivirenprogramme.

Sorry aber das ist doch wieder typisch nach Hilfe  fragen und wenn jemand Hilfe  anbiete zu schreiben
