Kaspersky total security can't finish the resolve threat job

I just install the app and update it to latest update. Then I try to full scan the PC. Scanning stuck at 96% and show me several issue on the PC. after I clicked the resolve button the curing process started and after I wait for 4 hours the process still not move and show no progress on it. Are you guys know how to handle it? because the process is make the PC very slow. Hope you guys can assist me. Thank you.

Please basic info about your PC spec... CPU RAM etc..

Also Try only click on ONE button Resolve and wait.
