Kaspersky slowing down Chrome with text boxes and editing WordPress sites

Kaspersky Free Cloud is slowing down my browsing experience. Especially when I’m editing WordPress sites. I find it mostly when i’m typing in Text Boxes

this behaviour related to script inject option in product (Settings - Additional - Network).

 

If the issue persists after disabling this option in product’s settings, then clear cache in browser.

Have you tried to clear cache in browser? Does the issue occur after this action?

Then enable script inject option back. Does the issue occur after this?

 

Actually, there are no known bugs actually for this behaviour.

for all those people that still have the problem, is because they ALSO NEED to disable the Kaspersky extension in their browser

I also am having issue. Google chat frequently misses first 1-3 letters typed because of delay.

Google chat in firefox without plugin installed and google chat in chrome without plugin installed both having issues.

Uninstalling Kaspersky resolved issue.

I have disabled the script injection and google chat, and other web IDEs are working without lag now!

@DesignDude2020 I experienced this as well, took me a while to realize it was Kaspersky. A quick search indicates this is a common problem - I was able resolve my issue by disabling the script injection option and that seems to have worked.

Disabling script injection is not recommended, it’s been suggested, as a test, to determine if it resolves the issue. 

Please log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, as @Anton Mefodys advised above.
