Hello @Kounan, Welcome.

The 'Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter #2' is a leftover from a previous VPN installation. The new adapter is 'Kaspersky VPN'.
Please delete the 'Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter #2' and reboot the computer afterwards.

    I'm sure we must do always cleaned installation, no ontop installation.
