Kaspersky Security Cloud(Free) conflicts and can't uninstall Avira Launcher(generic)._Не возможно удалить конфликт с установщиком антивируса Авира.

 I recently installed Windows 7 on my home computer (officially). Following this, a problem arose. Microsoft refused to give its security tools (antivirus) and updates for it. I was forced to look for a third party anti-virus. Since I live in Russia, all the world's anti-virus manufacturers are boycotting the population of our country.

 I was able to install only Kaspersky Anti-Virus.

 Before that, I tried to install Avira Antivirus. Ugly Avira didn't install, but it didn't remove itself from my PC either.

 Now the Kaspersky product constantly swears, telling me that there is a malicious program (Avira Launcher generic) in my computer and it needs to be removed. But Kaspersky cannot remove it.

 My question. What to do in this situation?

 Я недавно установил ОС Windows 7 на домашний компьютер(официально).

 Вслед за этим, возникла проблема. Микрософт отказалось давать свои инструменты безопасности(антивирус) и обновления для нее. Я был вынужден иcкать анти-вирус стороннего разработчика.

 Так как я живу в России, все мировые производители анти-вирусов бойкотируют население нашей страны. Я смог установить только Антивирус Касперского. 
 Перед этим, я пробовал установить Ан6тивирус Авира. Гадкая Авира не установилась, но и не удалила себя из моего ПК. 
 Теперь продукт Касперского постоянно ругается , сообщая мне о том, что в моем компьютере вредная программа (Avira Launcher generic) и ее надо удалить. 
 Но удалить ее Касперский не умеет. 
 Мой вопрос. Что делать в этой ситуации?

You could try if the problem can be fixed by using Avira registry cleaner.

in most cases the culprit are the following Avira leftovers:

For x86 OS:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\X-AVCSD]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\X-AVCSD\Launcher]

For x64 OS :
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\X-AVCSD]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\X-AVCSD\Launcher]

Manual deletion of the registry branches above helps to resolve the issue.

В большинстве случаев причиной являются следующие хвосты Авира в реестре: 

Для x86 Операционных Систем:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\X-AVCSD]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\X-AVCSD\Launcher]

Для x64 Операционных Систем:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\X-AVCSD]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\X-AVCSD\Launcher]

Их ручное удаление помогает решить проблему.
