KASPERSKY SECURITY CLOUD MAC NOT LOADING

I have the latest version of Mac software running on my Mac book pro M1 . I installed the Kaspersky cloud software and it is now not loading. I have tried to install the software but it is still not working

 

Enclosed is a photo showing a window that has been running for three hours

 

Please advise as the software is not working
