Kaspersky Security Cloud is stuck deleting malware

Hello,

So I have Kaspersky Security Cloud Free on Windows 10 Family,

The KAV is doing a great job detecting malware but it’s having a hard time deleting them it keeps trying to “resolve” but it’s simply stuck, when it prompts me to “delete the archive” I choose “delete it” but it’s still stuck here’s a picture:

what can I do ?

@infgrs Welcome. Can you locate the objects with Windows File Explorer ?

Also, in addition to what Berny indicates in the post located above,

What is the nature of the disk that is in D drive? Is it an original factory disk from the authorized source, or what?

it’s an .iso I chose “delete archive” when it prompted me to do so

@infgrs  It looks like the object is a PUP / Riskware.

Can you please after deletion run a scan as follows :
> Settings > Additional > Threats and Exclusions settings > Type of detected objects
> Detect other software that can be used by criminals to damage your computer or personal data

Also please check : More Tools > Quarantine
