Kaspersky Security Center : Databases are outdated

Hello,

I am facing an issue in Kaspersky Security Center.

A large number of managed devices are showing the status "Databases are outdated", even though the update tasks appear to be completed successfully on some devices.

Could you please advise on the possible causes of this issue and the recommended troubleshooting steps to resolve it?

Environment:

• Kaspersky Security Center: 15.1
• Endpoint Security: 14.0.0.504

Please Create a Update Database Task from KSC , then schedule according to your requirements.
