Kaspersky Safe Kids version, refer: How to find out which version of Kaspersky Safe Kids is installed on your device? What is the exact problem (for you) & what steps (have you) taken to fix? Are there any errors, post screen prints please? Is Kaspersky Safe Kids Premium or Free? Please post back? Thank you? Flood?+? 5piritu5 Posted December 1, 2022 Share Posted December 1, 2022 Thanks for answer. 1. It's Windows 10 Pro 2. I can't se version because cannot start Safe Kids app. 3. Now I have another problem. I managed to enter Windows account by disabling safe kids service in safe mode and uninstalled Kaspersky Total Security but now I can't uninstall Sade Kids. When I try do do it trough control panel-programs and features there is information uninstallation complete - picture 1. I also tried to remove it with kavremover but there is also error... - picture 2 and 3 5. I am not sure. KSK can only be removed when no other apps are active. Do not use Kavremover unless recommended to do so by Kaspersky technical support engineers. Please log a case with Kaspersky support, fill in either Chat or Email, the fill in: Application malfunction, Other template, in the Description of the issue section, give a detailed history; include all screen print(s); support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.
