not sure what you are asking me to do.... neither link is specific? What data collection procedure? The PC HDD does not show up..

Hello Richdave, Thank you for posting back. (in the image) are the "ticked" check boxes, the default or, your selection? --- &, is it that you can't see the C drive or? ---

@FLOOD thanks for your reply and additional info. the ticks were default - I presseed add object and there is a "RAW" file system icon, clicked that and the 3rd line @filesystem[0000 etc] appears. Log file created however I cannot attach it. What do you need from it?

Hello Richdave, Thanks for posting back. Logs can be uploaded to cloud storage, post back the share link please? Also: ?if you don't have backups of your system, it's advisable to do so before using KRD?

Thanks FLOOD I dont have any cloud storage so can I cut/paste the txt file contents for what you want? or attach the specific txt file from the acrchive.

Hello Richdave, We need the archive please: What's the archive extension please: .zip, .tgz, .X X = ? --- https://www.myairbridge.com/en/ (cloud) doesn't require an account. Other cloud storage (that I use) - Megadrive, IceDrive, GoogleDrive. --- Thanks.
