Kaspersky is repeated - Kaspersky est répété

Hi, I run the french version of Kaspersky Total Security: today, my security called my attention that my antivirus was not activated nor the firewall: I tried to “activate the antivirus” and activate the firewall, but the message warning is: Kaspersky is repeated (in french: Kaspersky est répété)

who knows what it means and how to fix it: if I confirm I want to activate, it loads Kaspersky and get stuck forever loading, but nothing happen...Thanks for the help

In fact, it is not Kaspersky that give me the message but Windows security: they ask me to activate Antivirus and Firwalls, (Kaspersky Total Security) and when I do it it stays on loading.. for ever: but if I go to the status of the protection, it shows a yellow triangle, with the words: Kaspersky is “repeated.”

@mosquito, you need to remove the Malwarebytes.

I did uninstall Malwarebytes totally and restarted the computer. The Secure Connexion is OK, but in the Windows Security , I still have 2 actions to perform: one is a yellow triangle for viruses and there is a prompt to open K.Total Security (and when I do it, nothing happen, it stays loading for ever..) and for the Firewall and network protection, (with the little antenna logo), I have a red cross, with the same prompt to open Kaspersky Total Security. Same thing, it tries to load but dont.

I also have the same information: status unavailable, open Kasp Total Sec, and the same phrase: K T S is repeated…

ANy other tip ??
