Kaspersky Internet Security Not Working on Android 12

Hello,

 

The products already support the latest beta version of Android 12. Official support will be announced once release build of Android 12 begins rolling out to users' devices.

 

Try reinstalling KIS:

 

  • Uninstall KIS
  • Install KIS from GPlay again and check problem.

Internet Security keeps crashing on launch. When will we get Android 12 support?

We also have this problem.

We contacted Kaspersky Technical Support, the agent advised Android 12, publicly released October 4th, 2021, is not yet supported by Kaspersky & they have no date available as to when A12 will be supported.

KIS works on Samsung s21 5G, but on some KIS-locked apps, KIS asks for the fingerprint without graying out the background which asks for the pin, and so the fingerprint which is shown right over number 8 doesn't register at all. Instead it responds as though I'm pressing the 8. Very annoying. Ever since the android 12 update, a couple of days ago

Please log a request with Kaspersky customer service, either by Chat or Email. Support may request Logs, Traces & other data, they will advise you. 

  • If selecting Chat option, we recommend you request a copy of the chat transcript, make sure you fill in your email address AFTER the chat is activated by the Chat agent & complete the Verify your email address email AFTER the chat completes.
