Kaspersky icon problem.

  1. Which Kaspersky version & patch(x), is installed, on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About
  2. Which Windows version & build, refer: Find system OS?
  3. Please read two similar topics: 

IF after reading the similar topics & following any relevant advice, cleaning cache, checking extensions, clean install etc., the issue remains, please contact support

Thank you for the information. 

IF by 'another problem', you mean the discrepancy, from memory that was a 'known issue' that Kaspersky said was supposed to be fixed in the new version: 21.8/9 - you should log it with support.

To be able to identify the problem of the icon that does not appear:

I usually like the old icon, I went to about and typed the following command IDDQD and changed it to this icon that is in the image above: with that KASPERSKY does not show the icon in the context menu correctly, I believe it is a KASPERSKY BUG.

Because with the standard icon it appears normally. when i change it the icon disappears.

The problem found, hopefully Kaspersky fixes this problem.
