It was on a pc where it was getting accounts hacked, my question is, is it just popup ads as it was all that was found. I have since formatted it but I would like to know if that was the cause

Can it be the thing that caused the hacking though?

Adware are potentially unwanted programs (PUPs) that are modifying your browser (mostly not-a-virus). In those cases  we recommend AdwCleaner or a Browser default reset but not a format …

Then I’m stumped. Kaspersky found nothing else other than this but I logged into my school email and it has hacked and password was changed. At the time I used cracks but I don’t anymore, now I’m worried on how it’s all happened. Any ideas

It was when my other accounts were getting hacked. It 100% was malware

After a formatting  we can't find out the problem any more   ??‍♂️
