Kaspersky endpoint security installer package is not working

We have the installer business package, today i just trying to install the package on new activated windows and running as an administrator but once double click nothing is happening. Why is that? I tried on 2 laptops. Is this the package installer issue? My distribution package is 12.8.0.505

 

Any recommendations?

    Show us the errors and download the latest package 12.9 again and try the installation through setup file
