Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud 12.5 in Windows Server 2016

Hello, with version 12.5.0.539 of Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud in Windows Server 2016 we have a grey icon and a message that "some protection components are not running".

No problems on workstations.

in that Case it would be better to see a Screenshot from GUI - Security Part instead of a grey symbol and the Status 😉 there you can see which Components are not active at the moment.

Here are the screenshots.

The disabled components on server and workstation are the same (on server mail and web components are not available because of the license, like usual) but the icon on server is grey and the icon on workstation is green.

I think this is because of Endpoint Detection and Response Optimum Component isn't running.

You can activate it (if the License include this) in KES Cloud Console at Settings -

I don't have this setting, my license doesn't include it as you can see here: https://support.kaspersky.com/Cloud/1.0/en-US/101540.htm.

In any case I think that if some components aren't included in the license the icon shouldn't turn into grey (furthermore only on servers).

If I see a grey icon I think that something is going wrong.

According to this disable the components not supported by Server OS in your Security Profile

In addition disable components which are not valid by your license according to this link:
