Good morning everyone, Anyone also having this issue?

I'm having a lot of troubles when using Kaspersky Endpoint Security 12 with Google Meet: after some minutes of heavy use, the wifi goes down, and I cannot find any wifi SSIDs anymore, this is solved with a full restart, or disabling the device, and enabling again, on device manager.

This problem is completely gone after uninstalling Kaspersky. I have several other laptops of this same model and all of them have this problem with Kaspersky.

- Kaspersky Endpoint Security 12.12 (latest updates applied)
- ThinkPad E14 Gen3, with Ryzen 3 5300U
- Realtek RTL8852AE (Tried latest driver version, older versions, all have the same issue)
- Windows 11 25H2, latest update applied

If someone has a hint of how to solve this issue (other than completely disabling Kaspersky network security) I would appreciate. I tried everything.

Have You tried with new version KES 14?

I have not yet, the IT department said "their current 12 license doesn't allow upgrade to 14". Is this a valid response? (I'm sorry if this isn't a reasonable question)

I guess I can try a trial version of 14 anyway in another laptop, but if possible can you tell me if this is a known issue on 12?

Thank you very much for your answer on this matter. It's of great help and I appreciate!

Hum... 🤔I don't think the license it is limited to a specific version, with my license I've used version 12.12 and now using 14...

Have You tried to disable temporary some protection modules one by one to identify where is the issue?

I don't use Google Meet, so I can't confirm it is a 12.12 issue, specially in a Wi-Fi network 🤔

It does seems it's the heavy I/O usage that causes this. This only happens if there's multiple people in the call.

I'm testing 14 and it's running for some time with no issues. I'll leave it in test the whole afternoon.

I was just hoping there was already some known ticket about this issue.

Thank you!!!!!
