Hi,

Please upgrade to a new version.

Review: https://support.kaspersky.com/corporate/lifecycle#b2b.block0.kes10

KES v10.3.3.275 is End of Support.

KES v10.3.3.304 is Limited Support until May 2022.

Regards

PD: You can use KSC for this, and/or KL Updater utility.

Hi,

Your post title says v10.3.3.275.

But good question, I will ask to Kaspersky about this.

But as I have commented the best option is: please upgrade to a new version 11.

Hi,

Sorry, I thought you are talking about Kl updater utility not about KES download.

For KES v10 downloads you have to open a support ticket in Kaspersky Company Account asking about it, but remember that v10.3.3.304 is Limited Support until May 2022, the best option is to install KES v11.

Hi @HKC,

Here is how you can use Updater utility to download updates, share them in your local network and then update other offline workstations:

https://support.kaspersky.com/15691#block2

Spoiler

How to use the downloaded files to update Kaspersky applications

In your Kaspersky application, change the update source to the folder with the updates you have downloaded with Kaspersky Update Utility. To update the applications without internet connection, share the updates folder through the local network or copy it to a removable drive.

How to update Kaspersky applications through the local network

  1. Give network access to the Updates folder.
  2. In the settings of your Kaspersky application, specify the shared Updates folder as an update source.

How to update Kaspersky applications using a removable media

  1. Copy the Updates folder to the removable drive.
  2. Insert the removable drive into the computer on which the update is required.
  3. In the settings of your Kaspersky application, specify the Updates folder on the removable drive as an update source.

Hi Igor,

I followed the guides but it did not update the data files. See my snapshots and advise when went wrong.

Theoretically (I have not done this before) you can download the Updates with the update tool https://support.kaspersky.com/updater4 to a folder an point the KSC update task to that (shared) folder.

Hi ak01, the link you provided is to download the Kaspersky Update Utility 4.0 which I have done it already.

Hi, I want to know what is the difference in saving folders - Updates folder and Temporary folder when download the data files. Also which folder should be applied to share with other devices to update the data files.

Hi,

- You can see your license on any installed KES (In license or in support). With this, your company data, your name, license purchase date, etc.. contact with kaspersky support in your region so they can review it and send you your activation code and your keys.

I also believe that you can create an account in the Kaspersky Company Account without uploading the license, and after that open a support ticket an attached the license than appears in KES.

- Unckeck Distributing updates

- How to update Kaspersky applications through the local network

  1. Give network access to the Updates folder.
  2. In the settings of your Kaspersky application, specify the shared Updates folder as an update source.

You can install KSC, create update task using this shared update folder please review: https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/13.2/en-US/46875.htm

- Please upgrade to KES v11, KES v10 is End of Support

Regards

@Caos, My case is that all the computers are standalone and no connection to internet and not connected to server so I need to download the data package and store in USB drive then update each computer. My ex-colleague has done it last year but I follow the same step as your suggested but in vain. Appreciate you prompt reply. Even though I upgrade to KES 11, I still couldn't update the data files !!!

Hi,

Please review: https://support.kaspersky.com/15691#block2

Download kaspersky update utility to the usb drive, and extract the files here, select the application that you want, select current folder (usb drive), and specify the language version for updates to download.

In the workstations select the usb drive has the update source.
