Kaspersky does not detect Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019.exe

Maybe because the file is not malicious.

Then why do other AVs detect it as malicious?

the file has been unchanged for 3 years, in that time many more scanners should have noticed it.

Also the IP address that the program contacts is considered clean.

Only ten scanners think they can detect something suspicious.
58 scanners, including all well-known manufacturers, consider the file to be OK. So an FP is quite close to the 10 programs with a detection.

It seems a low reputation file: “Adobe installer” not signed, and/or modified, but this does not mean it is malicious… probably a false positive, most of those detections are generic...

To be 100% sure the file is clean, you can upload the file at https://opentip.kaspersky.com and press ‘Submit to reanalyze’ for the malware analysts to check.
