Kaspersky Cloud Constantly blocking website

I'm using Kaspersky security cloud version 21.3.10.391 (i) and it started happening today.

I keep getting a constant (every few mins) access denied from explorer.exe application trying to access a website mycontrolpanel29.com/api/endpoint.php

I have done a full scan with a few programs and no issues have popped up.
