Kaspersky BitLocker encryption recovery key does not work

Hi, I have configured Kaspersky BitLocker on a System disk. And as the System is buggy, I removed the hard disk to try to recover the data by disabling BitLocker with the recovery key I have. The problem is that it doesn't recognize the key as well.
What should I do?
