kaspersky 21.15.8.493

I need help here. I am unable to uninstalled kas free above. The program is not listed in add/remove, start button.

There is a folder in c drive listed as 'kaspersky lab' with all the files inside. I had tried force remove with As Shampoo

and JV16 power tools but failed . Windows 11 23h2.

Any help to solve this.

I did but kavremover is not able to detect any product. The drop down menu list also did not list

Have you been able to remove the Kaspersky folder from the C drive? 

IF 'no', run the computer in Safe Mode & try. 

Also, in (your) MyKaspersky account, is there still a Kaspersky Free subscription?

Though the kavremover did not list my product version i tried what is there one at a time.

Initially i have reservations about doing that as it may crash my system. I decided to risk it.

Eventually the Kaspersky 365/antivirus/internet security/total security 2017 is the tool to remove

version 21.15.8.493.

There are some leftovers in C drive 'kaspersky lab' folder. I remove those with As Shampoo

and JV16 power tools. After a few restart and deletion  my system is now clean of KAV.
