Just purchased a Windows 11 PC, how to switch from Windows security suite to my pre-existing KTS suite?

I presume I have to disable the Microsoft stuff, but how? Then do I download KTS again onto my new PC? What about the license? Its for 3 uses and I have only used 2, but Id like to transfer it from my old PC to the new.
