kaspersky vpn It says free vpn subscription active in my account but I can't find vpn feature in Kaspersky av/vpn android app

In my.Kaspersky.com, it says I have access to Kaspersky  VPN, yet in the Kaspersky AV&VPN App on Android, there is no option to enable a vpn. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Welcome!

1. Kaspersky *Premium* VPN only comes with the Kaspersky Plus & OR Premium subscriptions - READ: Android - Kaspersky app features and plans & READ: Windows, Comparison of subscription plans. 
2. Kaspersky *Standard* subscription *only* allows for Kaspersky Free/Standard/Limited VPN. 
3. Read: About Kaspersky VPN
4. For Android, the VPN is combined into the Kaspersky application - see image at the end of our reply. 
5. For the Android, have (you) signed into the Kaspersky Standard app - please post an image of the Kaspersky app, listing the available features, similar to the image below -> *Note - to protect (your) privacy hide any personal information*

Here is a list of available functions. I downloaded the app from the galaxy store. As you can see, no vpn anywhere (free or otherwise):

Here is a screenshot of the app's page in Galaxy Store. It says vpn and anti-virus but I'm unable to find the vpn option.

Click on Home (bottom left), and search there the VPN, scrolling down...

Thank you for the information & images!

• Confirming the VPN is combined with the Kaspersky app, from the Galaxy Store, that should apply to Kaspersky Standard but *only* for the Free/Standard/Limited version:                  

1. Uninstall the Kaspersky software from the Android. 
2. Shutdown/power OFF the Android & leave it OFF for at least three minutes. 
3. Power ON, login, go to: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads, scroll down to: Download the latest Kaspersky apps for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS — all in one place, select: Kaspersky Standard, select Download, select Show Other Platforms, select Kaspersky Standard - Galaxy Store, select Download
4. Install the Kaspersky Standard software.
5. Recheck if Kaspersky VPN is still missing from the Kaspersky Standard app, IF 'yes', log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, then fill in the template as shown, include a *detailed history*.

• Support may request logs, data & traces, they will advise you.
• *Note - don't use the AI-bot to submit the case*
