Iphone apps not working with VPN

The last few days none of my apps are working when using VPN.  I’m on an Iphone X running software version 14.4.1, with Kaspersky Security Cloud version 2.39.0.39.  This includes Twitter, Facebook, Safari, BBC News and Sport, pretty much everything.  If I turn the VPN off everything connects straight away

? Please update  iOS 14.4.1 to iOS 14.4.2 ?

Thank you - works fine now.  My phone hadn’t notified me an update was available - not sure if this was related to the connection issues VPN was creating
