I purchased Kaspersky premium plan but the vpn is standard/free subscription one

i did so, but still it shows daily limit and free servers and the premium servers to be locked.

Thank you for posting back & the information!

IF (you've) signed into the VPN application so your email address shows like the first image & IF KVPN is still showing as Standard/Free

  • Please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service  - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  -> on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown; please include a *detailed history*
