Users are recommended to uninstall AV programs before updating a Windows 10 Insider build. I have two machines in the fast ring running build 19002.0002. On one of these I leave Kaspersky Internet running and over the last five builds Kasperky has not caused any problems.

Welcome! 

It’s not a hard & fast rule to remove AV software for major system upgrades, however, the standard advice is, if there is an issue with the opsys upgrade, uninstall AV, after upgrade is complete and stable, install AV afresh. 

I’m sure you know, but, just in case, preview/beta/pre-release builds are not supported.

Yes, I’m aware of this but I thought you might be interested that, so far, Kaspersky has not caused me a problem. I’m running two VMs in the Fast Ring, one with Kaspersky and one without. Should Kaspersky cause me a problem in future builds, then I will uninstall it.
