HP smart tank plus printer connected with wifi doesn't work if vpn (kaspersky plus) is enabled. Is it possible in vpn parameters to filter ip adress of the printer in lan to let the direct connection without vpn ?

Hello Berny, no I use ms word for printing docs, and if wpn is enable, the printer does'nt work, if I turn off wpn, the printer works ok. Sometines i'm using HP Smart for scanning but it's not very practicle, i prefer Paintshop Pro using the driver WIA-HP Smart.

Hello, I have tried split tunnelling, with HP SMART selected as not connected via VPN. If i start the HP Smart app to scan a doc, the app freeze "Retrieving informations", the app start normally if i disable VPN :)). It's not a solution to my problem.

The only way i've found is to disconnect from internet and disable VPN when i want to scan or print a doc :(( ... not very friendly user.

Is there any  vpn users who have the same problem ?

• Public network ?
• Local network ?
• Trusted network ?
