How to disable firewall?

I have installed trail pack of Total security and I do not see option to disable/change firewall settings.

Support page of Kaspersky says "go to Managed devices" and I see no option for that.

Welcome!

Open KTS, select Settings⚙, in the Protection list, scroll down, select Firewall, toggle Firewall OFF, select Save, select Yes to confirm the action:

• Also, in the KTS GUI, at the top righthand corner of any window, the ❔ represents HELP, selecting the ❔ will open the Online Help specific to the window.

Hello!

To click save and disable the firewall it asks me to type in the username and password and the correct details just don't work. "Incorrect username or password or insufficient rights to perform this operation"
Any idea?

Welcome!

At some stage, the Kaspersky application default password may have been enabled; before doing the firewall steps, use Kaspersky’s password reset tool, KLPAR, follow the instructions carefully = including step 5, running (your) computer in Safe mode - How to start your PC in Safe Mode.
