Hello, when I go to my son's school website, a message says : "this site is suspicious blah blah".

How can I make Kaspersky Premium trust this website?

I've been to :

- security > secure web browsing > link analysis > enable > on all sites except exclusions > configure exclusions > add the domain of the school > then should I put it active or inactive?

 

- security > secure web browsing > trusted websites > enable "don't analyse traffic from trusted websites" > trusted websites link > add the domain of the school > then should I put it active or inactive?

With these 2 settings, whether they're active or inactive, when I refresh the page, I can still see the warning message.

Please, post the URL of the site, if the warning it is because a malware false positive, then it should be reported to K. analysts to remove the detection, meanwhile You can add the URL in module Safe Surfing -> Trusted URLs list.

But now it works... after 5mn the settings I have done seem to work.

Ok, I see there is an issue with the certificate of that site:

Try the exclusion I mentioned in my previous post.
