My System is Windows 10

My App is Kaspersky Security Cloud

My Anti-Virus never detected this file until today. now everytime I restore it from quarantine, it will be put back in within seconds and I can’t start the game. It’s a server info file with the .dll extension. But Kaspersky apparently detects a trojan..

How do I stop it from scanning this specific file and putting it into quarantine?

@x3Nekox3 Welcome,

⚠ Only if you trust the object ⚠

  1. Disable option : Settings → General → Perform recommended actions automatically
  2. Kaspersky will ask you to decide which action to take on detected objects
  3. Chose for “Quarantine”
  4. Restore the quarantined object
  5. Create an exclusion rule for the object
  6. Enable option : Settings →  General → Perform recommended actions automatically

Thank you very much :)
