Every time I sign into any website I get this stupid popup wanting me to add it to my password manager, even if that password is already in my database. How can I stop the popups

2. Is the KPM vault locked or unlocked when the prompts appear? 
3. If the prompts appear when KPM vault is unlocked, post examples please, so we can test?
